Thuan Pham

Thuan Pham is the former CTO of Uber, based in Silicon Valley. Before Uber, Thuan was VP of R&D at VMware, where he led the development of the Cloud Management Platform and Virtual Infrastructure and founded VMware Bulgaria organization – the largest R&D center of VMware in Europe, which is thriving today. Previously, he was VP of Engineering at Westbridge and Doubleclick.

Thuan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science and a Master of Science degree in electrical engineering and computer science, both from MIT.
